"MMA Striking" - Whether you're a novice or have more experience under your belt, our MMA Striking class caters to all skill levels. Our Intermediate Boxing Class is designed for boxers who have a solid understanding of the boxing fundamentals. In this class, members will focus on learning various boxing styles, strategies, philosophies, and spar with other members to develop application skills, This class is designed for intermediate boxers on a journey to become a more advanced boxer who wish to compete or learn applicable self defense skills.

Private sessions are great for beginners or advanced martial artist who prefer to learn one on one rather than group settings. Our sessions are 30 min pad workout sessions where we go over any aspect of martial arts that you wish to learn or improve. one on one sessions are the fastest way to learn and improve your skills in martial arts.

Grappling

"MMA Grappling Exploration" - Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, our class covers all the essential aspects of ground techniques in MMA. We'll introduce you to various martial arts styles that directly contribute to MMA skills. Expect to engage with disciplines like BJJ, Wrestling, Sambo, takedown defense, and ground-and-pound tactics, providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the ground game in MMA.

Open Gym access is perfect for members who are interested in  doing their own workouts by themselves or with friends. Open gym memberships offer you access to use all equipment in the gym. if your are looking for a quick workout  on your lunch break or want to get extra practice in before class, we got you covered. We encourage independent competitive  fighter and teams to use our facility to help advance your martial arts career.
